veilside kit molded or not?!
Hey, I was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas on whether or not i should get my D1 GT VEILSIDE kit molded to my car or not. Im getting it put on Tuesday and Im not sure which to go with. I am thinking that it may look "cleaner" if i do, but my buddy trigz says no. Just wanted to know what the rest of the forum says about it.
Thanks |
I SAY NO. cause it will cause trouble later when u take it off. and if u get into accidents. u'll regret it!! haha. im telling u! lol hope u enjoy the veilside kit. always let me know if u want anything ellse.

if you mold anything, it should only be the side IMO

not worth your while mate, too much work/time/money involved plus as mentioned, you will regret it when it comes to repair/fix ;)

good advice
molding is good on show cars but not daily drivers no matter how careful you are its just a matter of time before it cracks |

NO, do not mold any kits onto a street driven car. if you were to ever get into a minor accident, it would cause a shitload of damage. for exaple, i have a friend whos gf has a celica. she had her fenders molded to her front bumper, then she bumped a curb one day and broke the bumper and both fenders casuing about $1800 worth of damage.
