Unpainted Mazdaspeed rear wing
Hey guys,
I'm about to order the authentic MS wing, but I think I'd like to get the unpainted one, since it would save me almost $300. I can have it painted for much less than that, but I wanted to get opinions from others that have gone that route. I'm assuming the spoiler is prepped for painting out of the box, but how difficult is the paint job, considering you have the risers in the way? I realize these would be taped off, but I'm just not sure if there are little nooks and crannys in between them that might make the job a little more challenging. Thanks in advance. :) |
take the wing apart and just paint the two pieces

if you're ordering it new then it's already disassembled. Just paint and put it together

yeah I had to go the primer route cause there is none painted galaxy gray, just have to worry about getting a good paint match.
