i recently bought a front bumper front shineautoprojects through their online store. however i have not gotten a reply on shipping date and status of my order.
there phone line is always getting the busy ring tone does anyone know a number to reach them at?
(i've also sent emails with no reply)

where you located?? ive always had good luck with them. I know back in the day I would just take a trip over there and talk to them in riverside ca. but other than that Ive been able to contact them as well?

I know they moved to a new facility for the new year and their offices were temporarily closed. Then their system broke down earlier this month and had trouble with calls and email.

"I am having major problems here at the office that need to be resolved before I can take more orders. Our computer just broke down. I just purchased a new one while the old one gets fixed. I cannot work properly without processing things through the quickbooks program. "

i am in san jose california so its a 5 hour drive or so hahaha, the other day i was able to get through to confirm the order by phone but from there nothing no email or call and my auto body shop wants to know when the order will be shipped their day time phone seems to be bugged and no replies to emails. just looking for some direct contact
i spent alot of money on a kit and just need to get a hold of them just to be sure

Businesses like that is a bad example and i would never order anything from them. You cannot even contact them via phone and e-mail...that sucks, i understand how you feel.

yeah but i read on some other post they are having issues with computer and phone in their new building so ill be patient but like any other person when i put a big sum of money into something i would like to be updated on my purchase ive sent 4 emails over past two days! lol

I would be patient man, my buddy just got his bumper from them so I wouldn't worry too much but yeah the lack of communication is a bitch I bet.

yeah all i can do at this point any idea how long it took for shipping (i live 5 hours away)

Not long at all, a couple of days to Texas.
