I've saw this on rx8's before but i have no idea how they did it. If you know i would like to know please

i remember seeing a company years ago that made them for the 8. reminds me of high school when they were popular on mustangs and camaros

That being said, there is a company that sells something similar
Search T-Rex rx8 and look in the body kit section.

That looks like a good way to create drag and negate the effect of the wing. It wrecks the laminar airflow coming from the roof and places it where your wing would be, effectively stalling it. Unless your wing has its own flight level, like the example given.
