recommendation on replica body kit
 

Hi, guys,
I plan on ordering in a feww days, not sure from where. I found few places mainly from searching here. just to name a couple, first one Autoaccessorystore from staten island NY(I can pick up-no shipping fee)-$399 fiberglas. second mazdasports.com-$350 urethane. they are both unpainted. anyone have experience with these two places in term of fit and quality.

I recommend you save up another $1,000 if the kit is not a MazdaSpeed. Unless they can guarantee that it fits.

uh which kit are you talking about? i can help you with either the veilside D1 GT replica or the mintblue replica. they fit awesome. but if your looking into the mazdaspeed. go check mazdaparts

Dont do it! I would say get the MS kit. You pay for what you get.

I think I am going with the authentic MS kit.

I do not think the prices varies too much on MS parts, try the vendors area.You do need to be there when the kit arrives. Some members have received damaged kits and it was a pain to send it back. Do not sign for anything until you remove it from the box.

I did some more thinking, maybe I should replace my cracked bumper with the original. by the way I like the look of the original bumper its more classy than the ms. then make some more calls to dealers, this is what I found out but still not clear. I can get the original bumper that came with the car for around 440. they even have the headlight washer cover option for the same price with the washer of cause. the problem is that I am get mix answer rather it painted or not. some say it come in gray and some just know or it said in gray color. My guess is painted. anyone know?
