Looks like a stick on fake hood scoop to me.

purpose= Aesthetics... unless you drill the vent holes through your hood.

I kind of like this rear window spoiler.

I like the LED side mirror covers. Thats about it.

Those side mirrors look good ... I assume it blinks along with the turn signal.
