With the new revised Rx8s set to be sold in Japan thru Mazda and Mazda Efini dealerships......

Does it technically mean that the rx8 can now be classified as an Efini car?

Bottom line... is it still rice if an 8 puts on the efini badges? :)

I have to admit, the efini emblem is a sweet emblem.

i use to want it on my car back when i had a silver. boy did i feel like a ricer back then.

Rice even in Japan because there are no specific "Enfini" cars anymore. Everything is just Mazda...

Demio, Verisa, Axcela, Premacy, Atenza, MPV, Mazdaspeed Axcela, Mazdaspeed Atenza, Roadster, RX-8... and kei (micro) cars.

They are nice looking badges. I like the look of them better than the flying M but I have refrained.

They are a Mazda badge though, it is not like putting Lexus badges on a Toyota. Right? :dunno:

Wouldn't it be like installing the rising sun Mazda emblem on our cars?

It is on the Millenias and some of the FDs, it almost looks like two hands cupped with a circle around it. Also called the flame emblem :dunno:

I am not as keen on the flame emblem as it was tough to differentiate it from some other car maker's like Hyndai.

It's not a flame, it's a toilet seat. I like the upgraded logo much better.

Now that the 8 is to be sold in Efini dealerships....... argh... its so tempting to slap these on..............

but then again... there arnt anymore Mazda cars produced under the Efini line anymore...... so even though theyre sold in Efini dealerships they arnt Efini cars.... but Efini is Mazda......ROFL im digging deep for a reason to allow myself to put these badges on my ride..

;) It will give a similar effect of debadging the car as most haven't seen the Efini badge.

Hey T...that is actually the rising sun emblem and I believe it is on my Millenia S...maybe not. Look at the history of Mazda logos...it is a bizarre journey.

I got these to stick on my wings near my fender vents..

What can I use to install these? glue, tape ....
