not a fan of scissor doors but its clean, now you need some rims... =)

but dang how can you get in your car, they barely open up..

RX-Hawk 01-26-2006 05:32 PM

interesting, no turn signals on the front bumper. Any pics of rear bumper?

Mugatu 01-26-2006 05:42 PM

lose the corny lambo doors and you'd have a really cool 8.

Punksux 01-26-2006 06:04 PM

i have always like the kit, im guessing you didnt change the rear

Those corner lights don't "signal" when you turn..

Well not in OEM in the states anyway... :)

DOMINION 01-26-2006 06:19 PM

Looing good. Slap some AMR on her an bam! your good to go.

NgoRX8 01-26-2006 06:46 PM

It is like, not a lot of us would actually change the rear bumper...

Nice car by the way.

kcmo 01-26-2006 07:00 PM

Just the factory rear bumper.

Remember this post is about the body kit. The opportunity to flame about the doors was about 5 months ago.

:mdrmed:

Raptor2k 01-26-2006 07:19 PM

Looks good...but no corner lights?

kcmo 01-26-2006 07:52 PM

I didn't have corner lights on my last car with a kit either, no real point.

Moostafa29 01-26-2006 07:59 PM

The car will be really nice once it is: 1) lowered, 2) gets new rims (dark), 3) looses the lambo doors, 4) looses the blue tint in favor of a traditional tint, 5) get a new rear bodykit. Your car has a lot of potential!

NgoRX8 01-26-2006 08:31 PM

haha, i didn't notice the blue tint till when you said it moostafa. lowered would definitely look better too.

lazi 01-26-2006 08:52 PM

yea lambo doors eh. not a fan. but nice car. drop that car!!!!!!!

Evil 8 01-26-2006 08:53 PM

Why aren't people fans of the lambo doors. I seen them on worse cars.

They take a lot away from the looks, IMO. But your ride is still sweet. FI?

Imidazole 01-26-2006 10:22 PM

How much does this kit cost, and where do I get it?

Oh i didn't know that heh. Just thought it wasn't "legal" to not have those lights there, not that most cops would notice or ticket ya for it.

bd32322 01-26-2006 11:07 PM

Nice car !! Including lambo doors :)
How about the mazda logo on the front fender ?

Bodi

LiL BenNy 01-27-2006 12:01 AM

nice i wanted to do this to my car. how much was it 1200? how much did you pay for paint job?

idk if i like it that much.. the front sits up high as hell, that'd need to be DEFF dropped...

can you get any other pics of the 8 in darker lighting... i hate when its in the sunshine it looks a pussy blue imo... only thing i dont like about blue..=/

lesper4 01-27-2006 12:06 AM

car looks great non the less...PEOPLE GET OVER THAT THE TSUNAMI DOESNT HAVE SIDE MARKERS!

IZoomZoomI 01-27-2006 02:35 AM

Im not a big fan of the tsunami kit. Doesn't really suit the lines of the 8. Please lose the lambo doors. Sorry.

canaryrx8 01-27-2006 12:29 PM

well it looks ok to me, but I would have gone a different route. It's obvious you're into the asthetic side of things (and probably the performance side too) so if you were wanting to really turn heads, the easiest (and probably chepaest) thing to do first would have been to adjust the stance (lower it duh) as lowering a car can alter a vehcile's looks tremendously when done right. (not to mention it does noticably improve handling) The next step would have been wheels as no matter what anybody says, wheels make the car. Right now everyobdy will be looking at your car and they will say "it's too high and it needs wheels" but if you would have done those things first you could have saved yourself a lot of grief or whatever, not to mention it would have been a lot easier to deal with the fitment of your kit on a car that is already been lowered a while and has had everything settle etc. Now if you lower it, you may or may not have clearance issues and even if you do at first and fix them right away, things could get thrown off again a few months down the road once your springs settle etc. kit's cool, doors are not my thing but I can appreciate the expense and effort it takes to install them, and the car looks decent, I'm not trying to be a jerk or give you a hard time, I would have just done things a little differently priority wise, good luck with finishing it out, I'm sure it'll look sweet once you're done......if there ever really is such a thing :D: :)
