Mounting Mazdatrix Small Rear Flares
Just finished painting my Mazdatrix flares and I'm trying to decide how to mount them. They don't have the "dips" in the surface for rivets like the Auto Select S2000 flares do, so I'm not sure how the the fiberglass would handle the stress along the surface if I used rivets. I attached my rear spoiler using that heavy-duty 3M tape and it's never coming off, but I'm not sure how well the tape would bond to the raw fiberglass surface on the bottom of the flares. Would some sort of panel-bond meant for mating FRP to metal be my best bet?

Is it actually any wider than OE?

They're about an inch wider than stock. Got a bunch of great suggestions on the RX8 facebook group. Ended up with a great solution.
