Check Rosenthal Mazda, mazmart or Mazdatrix.

How about just getting the fender replaced or the rust repaired? Unless you want to pay $10,000.00 for a widebody kit there are no series I RX-8 specific bolt on flares.

Not always economical especially if it's the rear fenders (quarter panels).

Cutting, welding, repainting is going to cost a lot more than to throw on some render floarea on top

Unless it literally ate through the panel, it's still worth it to take it down to bare metal and shoot it with touch up. Worst case scenario hit it with a flap disk, self etching primer, and paint. More likely can take care of it with a 3M block or sandpaper on a pencil eraser. Rust is a bitch. Gotta kill it fast and early. Have a pic?

Actually with it being mostly limited to the flat lip, you could make a pretty smooth repair job. I'd have at it with a 3M block or something similar to get it down to bare metal. A paint removal disk you can slip on a drill would be nice and quick if you trust yourself. Not too hard to control in my opinion. The bubbling means it definitely ate into the metal, but it might still be shallow enough to be leveled with primer and paint. Minimal bondo if you do end up needing it.

Really will just have to be careful at that part at the very bottom.

If you decided to go for it, I'd order from automotive touch up. Their paint has always been a dead on match for me. Wish I had a pic of the repair I did on my old jeep. Can't tell unless you're looking for it.

it ate through the metal on many sports ... that is why i am looking at cutting as high as i can, get it rust free and slap the flares on top.

Ah gotcha. Then yea not many options besides cutting out the cancer.
