I can recess them but then you wont get the effect of the led as much. It will be just a dull light.

Alot of people have tried this mod on other cars and it doesnt look nearly as good as you have done it. IMO it looks OEM on the 8. x8tuner that is a really good job.

BTW that Z in your sig, is nice. I see an intercooler in there. One of my favorite cars.

i agree it looks pretty good but you have to get approval before advertising/selling goods/services on this forum. so i'd probably do that really soon

Thanks I removed the tint a few days ago because I got a ticket. So the cop said if I got it off within 48 hours I wouldnt have to pay the ticket. No biggie considering the ticket was $175 and I sprayed the tints for $10.

I used VHT nightshade. I sanded with 800 grit, cleaned alot, then a few coats till I got were I wanted. Then I got them clearcoated.

I have never had headlight covers but I would think that they can get torn from rocks and debris. I think the clearcoat on sprayed lights would protect better. After a while headlight covers would look like crap from the beaten its taken.

^^^lol ya plus they fall off in car washes (twice to me on previous cars)...always go with spray tint imo

I advise not to use light overlays. A plastic film over the headlights prevents the headlight to expand and contract to different weather temps, this creating lots of stress cracks that can only be seen with the film off.
