ijdmtoy led turn signals?
Anyone use these supposed error free turn signals 7440 Error Free LED Bulbs | Turn Signal Lights, Backup Lights ? If they work correctly it looks like no resistor is needed.

I've never heard and seen it before until now. They look legit to me.
|
Well, I broke down and bought a set. I guess I'll let anyone interested know if they work out.
|
Hope they will work well for you. Let us know.
The funny thing with pretty much all LED bulbs is that the photos or videos always show them in a semi-dark environment... of course they will look fine. The trouble comes when it turns out that their brightness is not sufficient in daylight. Other than CREE LEDs, I haven't seen bright enough LED bulbs yet (certainly not as good visibility as with the regular filament turn signals). And then the CREE bulbs usually don't have good quality SMT LEDs on the side so that they would fill the reflectors properly :icon_no2: |
Was there any update on these....?

threadjacking a bit, but here is my car with similar LED turn signals (only i purchased ones with more LEDs else where)

And again, a video shot in darkness. Looks good as long as it's dark, but I wonder how visible those turn signals are in bright sunlight... probably less than filament bulbs.
