Headlight question.. Help please!!
 

Hey guys. wrecked my 2005 rx8 in early november. crushed in the front passenger side fender and the headlight. got all the parts to fix it, but the headlight has been giving us trouble. We ordered a HID headlight assembly from a company in california. They have sent us 2 headlights now and both of them have not worked. plugged everything in and hooked them to the car, but all it makes is a ticking noise from the ballast. We are beginning to think 2 things:
a) company sucks
b) they are sending halogen headlights instead of the HID ones

So my question is, is it possible they are sending us the halogen base model headlights and not the HID? ive taken the driver side headlight out to compare the two and they are completely identical, even to the numbers written in green marker on the black parts of the headlights. Any help is greatly appreciated guys. cant get the car repainted till this headlight issue is fixed :(
