you could always cover them yourself in cf. Or get them sprayed to match your cars color

I plan on doing the same thing soon. However, instead of painting them the color of the car itself, I'm going to try and match paint with the powder coat on my AEM CAI, cause I like the uniformity. :evil_laug

Ive been thinking of painting my interior parts

some shade of dark blue because I thought WB would be to obnoxious on the interior.

That color looks pretty killer

Aluminum plated for me. ;)

JessiahC 02-23-2010 03:25 AM

All three of those are awesome, but I have to say I love the midnight black the most. Tried googling it, what's the paint code for that?

Nope - it is vacuum applied in British Columbia, Canada.

LOL - here is a shot with no flash.

I purchased a new set of covers, from a forum vendor, and sent them up to Blaine, WA. From there they did the rest. It was awesome service. How about I send you the link to the website instead? LINKY Looks like they have two websites now also.

SiLVeRE8 02-23-2010 09:50 PM

can you give a ball park price on how much they charged?

ZumnRx8 02-23-2010 09:57 PM

I bet they charged a whole fucking lot. Imma guess about $150 at least.... +shipping. But damn.. if its not too expensive I would look into it in the near future. :yesnod:

i do not know the paint code. my body shop guy said he had a sick color he wanted to show me. he had it on his car's roof. i thought it was black until i seen it from another angle and then it was blue. just call your body shop and see if they know what color you mean. if they give you a hard time just say its black with a blue flake. might also help to ask if they have any paint samples.

ZumnRx8 02-24-2010 10:39 AM

^nobody wants any ugly color that is on your gay car

Let me look and see if I can find the invoice - it's been awhile. It was under $100

When I drop the new engine in, I will have more parts coated. :p:

SiLVeRE8 02-25-2010 01:27 AM

wow nice and thanks! I will definitely do it for under 100! I might just get a whole bunch of stuff coated too hahaha
