Clearance with Veilside V1 front lip...

I canīt find any info at all about the clerance height when installing Veilside V1 front lip or the GT sideskirts... Anyone has it installed who can measure it? Doesnīt matter if the car is lowered cause thatīs what Iīm about to do,,,, I still want to be able to get over the damn speedbumps though.

I have the GT side skirts, and the clearance is OK for most of the speed bumps here in the UK. The front of them is no lower than the actual underside of the car. (The CAT hangs lower for example). At the rear, they are about 5mm lower than the plastic mini mudflap thingys just infront of the rear wheels. I can measure for you if you want precise measurements.

The only time I've scrapped one a little was with someone (quite heavy) in the back seats going over a speedbump.

Iīm not so conserned about the rear. The side sounds good also. The thing Iīm most worried about is the front. Iīll install Tein S TECH springs wich according to Tein lowers the front 1,4" and the rear ,7"... I have already scratched the little black things hanging under the frontlip of the car against a sidewalk when visiting my parents.

(From what I can see at pictures it doesnt look like the VS frontlip actually gives the ride less clearence... Looks like it fits kinda like the Mazda frontlip.(?)

PS
Last time I was in London your speedbumps wouldnīt even classify as speedbumps here in Sweden... :D They are a fucking joke over here!!!

LOL, I think legally here they can't be more than 6" in height.

Its not the height as much as the gradient of the slope. We have lots of brick built ones around here, where they look like

Along the edges of the flat bit they put bricks, which if nor set in the concrete properly can be a problem. I have to drive very slowly up to them and listen for a metallic scrape. The bolts on the underside of the front lip hang down lowest, so if they touch as I approach I know its a no no!!! Then I cause chaos by having to reverse back and do a 3 point turn and find another route!
