The turn signal sequence is a bit over the top IMO.

And I think if you use something like that, cops can say it's distracting. I think there may be laws regarding turn signals, but it will differ depending on where you live.

Oh duh, sorry I'm a bit slow. Yeah I'm not really sure what the legality of something like that is. It helps knowing that it isn't very good looking.

I personally would prefer something in the OP; that looks great, but my S2 already has LED brake lights and I grabbed some Philips Vision/Ultinon LEDs for the reverse lights and turn signals.

One thing I love about the RX-8 is that the turn signal relay is a separate unit, which can be taken off and replaced by aftermarket options. I bought a Tap Turn relay and it works great with LEDs(no hyper flashing). No need for load resistors, which I had to use for my Accord(relay is built into the ECU).

Anyways, I think the ones you showed are good looking when not installed on a car. When you put it on a car, they may look a bit cheesy. It's sorta like spinner wheels; they look good on their own, but they look hideous when installed most cars. It's just my opinion.

My favorite turn signal pattern is something like one on the new Mustangs, which is simple yet unique.

Those lights are cool, but not for 2200.00. I don't mind the OEMs either honestly. The RX-8's styling looks better and better as it ages.
