Carbon fiber shortage?
 

Has any one else heard about a world wide shortage of C.F.? The buzz around town says there is.

I havn't heard of it.... might become an all out consumer panic :smoker:

Yea I think I heard of a Gas shortage too! I'm paying $2.65 a gallon. I hope they find more of that stuff.

it is true, but I've order carbon fiber 6 months ago and they said the same thing to me. Stop looking at the wrong places. Talk to apr performance I'm sure they can get you something custom done.

Let me expressing my apology. I'm not in the large-scale production industry with this tangible physical matter. There for I can not make a critical observation on this Thread. There for I withdraw my statement, my previous act of commenting.

If im correct i think the carbon fiber all went to boeing. they experimenting on reinforced carbon fiber aircrafts and stuff. at least thats what a friend told me.

i wonder how long this will last and if it will affect mazdas use of it since our drivshafts are made out of it.

i have carbon fiber boxers.

i use carbon fiber for toilet paper(gives you nasty splinters sometimes though)
