Paint the emblems...its easy as hell.

I like them. It's different than everyone else who just paints the emblems themselves, and I think it compliments nicely with the white/black scheme of the car

 

6 weeks later . . . did you paint them??


Voted no. Black would look great, imo. But what you've got there doesn't please my eye. Love the white. The silver emblem looks fine and would look good black, too. But adding a 3rd color just makes an already busy area (especially on the trunk lid) even more busy.


But this is from someone who put probably the busiest rims to date on an 8! lol.

 

I think, some company sells them with the black background. Just like the CF ones they offer for the RX-8.

 

I still haven't done anything yet. I'm considering doing just the front with the black under the chrome. Most people say leave it alone.

I'll have to find someone who sells just a plain black decal material.

 

I know this is a late entry, but I think it looks kick *** on a white car.

 

just get the emblems painted black, thats what i did.

 

cheap mods make the car look cheaper. nuff said

 

do you paint the actual emblems yourself or get them done somewhere?

 

Powdercoating is for metals.

Good luck getting it to stick to plastic.

 

painted mine. twice. and now it needs it again . . .

Nothing you can do to make a mazda emblem look good coz they are the lamez...
