Autoexe body parts??
 

Does anybody know if the back bumper in the autoexe pics is the stock unit painted or an autoexe product. It looks really cool. :cool: If it is an autoexe product, has anybody tried painting the stock unit in a similiar way?
Also, has anybody tried to merge the boot (trunk) lip spoiler to the boot as per the autoexe part? Also pretty cool! :cool: I think a good body shop could do this pretty easily. :rolleyes:

The rear is a complete replacement, look at the number plate hole, different shape, and the lower section is different from stock.

There are a few people that have painted the stock bumper, search for user Harrizone on the rx8ownersclub.co.uk site. Problems with the correct primer though, as the heat from the exhaust can melt / bubble the paint.

Again has been discussion about merging various body kit parts into the body, side skirts for example, but going to need a hefty bit of re-spray once the gaps have been filled. Would look cool though.

I have the kit, should be done and on by Friday and it is a full replacement of the front and rear bumpers.
