In need of help urgentlu

I need a diagram that shows the ECU pinout for the Mazda Rx8, 2005 model, 5 speed.

I also need to know the color code for wire going to the injectors for the said car. can u help me or put on some one to me. I am desperate

bse50 09-23-2012 03:45 AM

It's going to be difficult. Start with the 4speed AT ecu and a MT6 speed one and see what's different in your case.
5 speed cars were only sold for in a limited market, it's hard to find manuals for them.

StealthTL 09-23-2012 09:00 PM

Diagram sent.

ShellDude 09-23-2012 09:16 PM

5 speed is a 4 port if memory serves correctly. The pinout is likely the same as the USDM 4 port.

4 looms instead of 5 is my bet.

Sent and re-sent.....

You will do yourself and everyone else a favor to instead teach these people how to search properly

With all respect, disagreed.

Without checking this specific case, what one find easily, another struggle with. I've been around in this forum for almost 5 years, and still I hesitate to post questions(even though people have been merciful and I have gotten good answers). Thats not good, and does not benefit forum, its a good chance that we miss good questions this way.

In forums for audio, where I'm active, and a bit more of a resource, its complete opposite of here. We keep a friendly tone, and repeat truths many time and if someone comes with a comment, "use the freaking search function", he get told to simply not read it if he has a problem with it. This keep the common knowledge level, and innovation high.

Repeating a fact should not be a problem, it only increase the chance of next guy finding out by himself.

I push people to search and try not to respond if i do think they have. I largely agree that people do not search enough including me. The only reason i posted that here is it is a easy diagram for the everyday things people might be interested in. I have never seen that and I've been through over 3400 threads. I also realize that I've searched for days reading 50-100 threads then asked and someone produced the answer quickly because they know the key words to search.
