OMP table Examples please!

been searching for examples of Mazda stock OMP tables, all i can find are COBB stock tables... can anyone help me out and post some corrected load based and throttle based OMP tables? it would be really appreciated!!

i have an Automatic so i cant just download maps, which is really kind of stupid.

cobb stock is mazda stock.
