I don't know much about this brand of "chip" but if it's like most that I have encountered it's just a glorified resistor that tricks your car into thinking that either the air it's pulling in is colder or that it's pulling in more air than it actually is resulting in the computer dumping more fuel and causing your car to run rich. The end result is no difference in power and worse fuel mileage. If it'll damage the engine that I don't know but I personally wouldn't take the chance.

Yeah they have warrenty on the chip they say it wont mess anything up and they are saying the chip will give me 60hp and torque, its reproggraming the mass air flow thats what you attach the chip too. And they said it will improve gass milage too. Plus the chip doesnt take off the warrentty of the car that i have. What do you think should i install? What if i install it and then disconnect if its not good?

No, don't install it. Flush it down the toilet and consider the money lost a lesson learned for not doing proper research on something as sophisticated as your engine management

why do you guys have to be so damn rude? if you cant help me out in a nice way then dont post your rude comments. but fuck it i am gonna install it, if it messes up the engine then too bad i have warrenty lol.

An accessPort costs 500$ and can reprogram anything, not only the mass airflow...
Yet you won't gain 60hp with it on a NA car. 6 maybe? :)

Their claim that the "chip" will not void the warranty on the car isn't necessarily true. Anything that alters timing, sensor inputs, and fuel ratios could be blamed for a failed engine or cat. For example they could claim it caused the car to run too rich/lean and blame any damages on that. Now if you remove it before having service done it's debatable if they could detect if it was installed or not which comes down to how you installed it. If you cut and splice wires it'll be fairly obvious that something was tampered with, if you are careful you can probably make it undetectable.

As for their 60hp claim that's just insanity for a NA car especially an 8. Considering exhaust and intake combined on an 8 may only get you single digit increases I wouldn't expect to see more than 2-3 hp if it actually does work as described. I had a similar "chip" on my old Dodge Omni (not exactly a sports car I know) and I never noticed much of an increase in power but I definitely noticed a huge decrease in mileage by about 4-5mpg. When I tore it apart all that was inside was a tiny little radio shack resistor that tricked the car into thinking it was pulling in extremely cold/dense air causing it to dump excessive amounts of fuel and run very rich. After tearing it out I noticed no decrease in performance but got my mileage back.
