Best Tuner - NY Region

I am looking for some feedback on what people think is the best tuner for turbo RX-8's in the New York region. I am definitely willing to drive interstate to get the very best. I live on Long Island.

I am running the Esmeril Racing turbo kit with an Interceptor-X EMS.

I heard good things about Enzo in Bay Shore and someone also recommended Maximum Autosound in NJ.

What do you all think?

Is there a recommended tuner for an essentially stock (only did the airbox mod of removing the two sound baffle panels) NA RX-8, or am I just better off getting an AccessPort from MazdaManiac and calling it good?

Can you tune a stock car? With no aftermarket computer?

If they have the tools & skills

If the tuner in question has the means (both tools and skills) to reflash the stock PCM, then yes, it's possible to tune the stock car without an aftermarket computer. Racing Beat has such a flash service; but it's not optimised for any particular RX-8. In theory, if they wanted to, they could offer a tuning service; but then you'd have to bring the actual car to them. What I was wondering is if there is a tuner that develops turn-key optimised flashes for an individual's car. Just because it's possible, doesn't mean anyone actually does it.
