AEM wideband questions

Hey guys, I'm really new to this tuning thing so here goes straight to the point. I have an AEM intake and an RB mid pipe with a custom bung weld for a wideband. I'm planning on going for the AEM UEGO set up. There doesn't seem to be much of a DIY or info on it (( or at least from my browsing )). I understand the basic concept on how to install it, but my state of confusion is this.. when the set up is installed and power and ground is made, of course you would be able to see the reading from the gauge but what about data logging? I have a cobb accessport sitting at the UPS warehouse right now and I plan on having MM custom tune it for me. I plan to use the wideband obviously for a more accurate read and tune. So the objective of the AEM UEGO is just for us, the driver to monitor the correct a/f ratio for the proper tune. MM would simply have enough data from the pcm to calibrate it. Am I correct on this? But say if I wanted more range on the a/f ratio, to be able to data log it, I would need to wire this thing to a stand alone ESM right? Or is there another way to data log the wide band without one?

Also I will be planning to run a water temp gauge and oil temp/pressure ((undecided)). I was wondering what kind of pod set ups do you guys run? So far I only found the triple pod that goes on the upper dash and the one from racing beat. Are there any other set ups? I really like the RB set for the fact that its very clean, but for quick glances during driving, it doesn't seem too safe. Anyone ran an A-pillar set up?

I do apologize if this has been covered many times but I really couldnt find any decent write ups. Thanks in advance,
