Oh and for the +1 post
I lowered my idle back down to 800 rpm today for the etest in Ontario and it work fine

I dont know for a cobb access

But on protuner, i have 6 tables which require modding, after that it idled at the requested rpm.

This was a 04 model auto 4 port

ShellDude 04-17-2012 10:37 PM

yeah, the consumer race version for the 4AT doesn't have all those tables

I can confirm ShellDude's findings. Tried raising the idle equally in all cells in all three tables, and the idle stayed exactly the same. Maybe a stupid question, but does anybody know if Cobb will take requests for making changes to the RaceTuner software? My old contact there from a couple years back apparently doesn't work there anymore, as my emails to him bounce back.

I doubt we'll get anything from Cobb.

do you guys have a calibration table? cous on protuner there is a calibration specification which shows unknown tables that you can set adjust

So you can name the table then set the X and Y axis and change it.
It uses the binary Image Identification, which is basically the HEX file from Mazda VCM ID CD, your Cal ID.

The tables i have are table 29,30,31,34,35,37 in 2D maps.

Hope that helps you guys using Cobb

Does anybody have any information on the purposes of idle maps F and G when using Mazda Edit?
