DIY: Custom install, 2-way system

If someone wuz intersted of making a custom install, this wuz the way i did it.
I used a DSL 2-way system (tweeters and mid-bass speakers) with crossovers.

It SOUNDS BEAUTIFUL !

1. First take this out of your car and cut the plastic box out

7. Try to make the box to fits better to the plastic (remove the edges)

11. Fill the empty space between the box and the plastic with hard foam, i used metapur foam (dont know how is it called on english, its the blue stuff on the pisture)

is the plastic strong enough to mount the speakers without reinforcement???
