214 WHP with 7.5 lbs of boost???? Do you have an auto?

Can you send me your log files from EMU with AFR in there?

Cool, if you can get me the EMU log files, I'll see what you "should" be getting. It will be rough... but MM's tune at 6.09 lbs of boost was making 283 Crank HP at 6000 RPM-ish. THis is all off a a software app still in development so it may or may not be 100% accurate.

if your coils or spark plugs are messed up, you're going to see reduced power too.

btw Kane, MM isn't running the greddy kit

Good call, he has a diff turbo. But if his plugs were bad... would that not throw the AFR for a loop???? IE make it really rich?

if you can post a scan of your old dyno, we might be able to tell you why you're making so low power.

1) Is this the Ultimate upgrade kit as GReddy ships it wired or a custom job?
2) Did you use an unlocked version of the GReddy map or a totally new one?

Send a copy of your map and any available logs and documentation.

The GReddy map comes locked, so they would have started from an unlocked version they got somewhere else or something completely different.

Seeing the map is critical to helping you out.

Sounds to me like part of the problem might be the cat protection. MM's airflow trick might help but it is not going to get him up to 270-280 hp. Just have to wait to see the map.

Gutted CAT won't matter.
Put the files in a ZIP file (right click => send to => compressed (zipped) folder) and post them up or e-mail them to me (link is on my site - click on my sig).

OK. I only got your "dynotune" map. I already have a copy of GReddy's shipped map, but I don't see any logs. If you have logs with injector output and A/F, that would be useful as a minimum.

That said, I hope you didn't pay much for this "dyno tune" because they didn't do much of anything.
In two, small areas of the sub-injector map, they pulled fuel and in two cells they added some.
Thats it.
No timing adjustments and no changes to the main injectors at all.

The GReddy map, as it is shipped, is utter crap. It has no fine tuning anywhere.
When they switched to the new wiring setup, they went with a really strange map and it is really lumpy and goes static above 6500 RPM.
