spending money

i have 1500 to spend on my car...what should i do..

is cazoomers stage2 anygood...what do u think i should go with??

tommy12g 02-26-2004 03:55 PM

cz 1 STAGE 2 is not out yet, K&N drop in, an after market exhaust, midpipe with resonator and you should be good to go

CZ 1 $600
exhaust ~$600
Midpipe $350
K&N drop in $46
02 Fooler for Midpipe ~$30

Total = $1,626

Enjoy roughly about ~35 to 40 HP

Can't beat that advice, Hoffa. I tend to like the HKS exhaust as well.

the K&N may be more harm than help for the RX-8 according to other threads. plus also remember labor for installing the parts. it depends if hoffa is planning on doing the installations himself.

if you want to stiffen the chassis, go for the MS strut tower braces. the cheapest prices are at trussville mazda

thanks for the feedback guys

let us know what your final decision was and what you spent if you dont mind saying the price

I would go with tommy12g's advice. If you want the stage 2 you can upgrade when it comes out. If you already have the exhaust it will be simple to put the high flow/temp cat in.

Shocka 03-03-2004 04:58 PM

donate it to the help-a-shocka-fund of NY?

hoffa 03-04-2004 08:42 AM

better yet lets start a help-alotta-hoffa foundation :D
