If you ever need to tranclate anything use babelfish. It is crude but decipherable.

At the bottom you can enter in the web address as well as what language you want to go to/from.

All it does is remove the REV limter.
They are still researching the ECU for tuning.

thank you

I still dont understand it in english

I think you will see some nice ECUs being released offically after AUTOSALON TOKYO this year, before that they are UN-OFFICALLY Available and they do my then take out the REV-limiter

Not sure what the point of this is, since all dyno tests we've seen have shown power dropping from 9000rpm. Not sure what good a higher rev-limit is without extra tuning to keep the power climbing (or at least levelled off rather than dropping)...

For track/autocross type use removing a rev limiter can be an advantage as it will let you hold a gear longer. Power may be falling off, but if it prevents you having to shift up a gear before having to quickly shift back down (i.e. the straight is just a little too long, but you'll have to shift right back down for a corner... your choice is bounce of the limiter for a few seconds or shift twice... both lose time) having the extra RPM over-run can be faster.
Other then that...well... not much point to just removing a limiter.

I think the implication is that there is a speed-based rev limiter.

Heh, is the sharp power dropoff at 9000 RPM's due to the engine itself, or the ECU cutting power back? I wonder how much (if any) extra the Renesis is capable of revving without self-destructing...If they could lean out the top end, plus take off the rev limiter and safely go to 10,000 RPM...drool...
