1) gullible as all hell
2) a really crappy cook!

3) Dumb as hell as you can find recipes for ANYTHING unde the sun online if you do a quick search.

But I think it's most likely 4) A dumbass scammer wannabe who isnt even smart enough to understand he's being an idiot.
