BoosTED 11-30-2005 08:57 AM

Grenade USA's 2004 Mazda RX-8 is not messing around.

Amazing :ylsuper:

i didnt seem them anywhere on there talking about how if you do any of that stuff to your car, they will void your warrenty.

BoosTED 11-30-2005 09:20 AM

The more stuff you swap out or take off the less there is to warranty on their side.

With the turbo boost restricted to a mild 12 psi, the rollers on the dyno spun to a reported 640 hp. According to Acosta Jr., it didn't take long before Acosta Sr. had the 3 rotors humming along to the tune of 950 hp on VP C16 race fuel and at 28 lbs of boost.

nope. its 950 ;)

Hey!
If you go to the "Meet theTuners" page and click on the "show off your ride page", you will go to a new gallery.
Under the MX-3 group is my old car!! I never saw that before!

Here is the direct link:

Thank you kind sir - it has been bugging me for quite some time, but patience is a virtue at my age. Long live the 20B, (but not at that pressure) :)

Nemesis8 11-30-2005 11:29 PM

Jeff, you should have sold the MX to me!

Would have been glad to, had you been around to inquire.
The guy who did buy it (in Calgary, Canada) is an endless source of questions.
He is nice enough, but if he wants to turn on the wipers, he e-mails me first.
He has had the thing for two years and he is still skiddish.

There are better pics on my site.

Damn, cars are meant to be driven - we only live once, but offspring could benefit from our madness I guess.
