OEM / aftermarket exhaust ground clearance

I've noticed lately that the bottom edge of my exhaust is scraping the curb of my driveway if I leave too quickly. This is after having installed new suspension bits that of course lowered the car a little.

How does the ground clearance of some aftermarket exhausts compare to stock?

Particular exhausts I am interested in are the Racing Beat dual exhaust and Corksport.

I'm having trouble picturing where it is bottoming out. What do you mean by "bottom edge"?

^^ I'm guessing where it goes around the diff.

I have a few scrap marks on my hi-power's canister because it hangs relatively low compared to stock.

If you're scraping the stock exhaust, you'll most likely scrap any aftermarket one.

The muffler barrel is what I refer to. The bottom edge on the driver's side before the tail pipe. I can grab a picture if necessary.

Seems like an odd place to scrape. I can't comment on the two exhausts you specifically mentioned, but the canister on my Borla system does not protrude below the bodywork.

Mine scrapes all over, most notably the flange where the midpipe and header conect and also at the rear the bottom of the canister. HKS Hi Power
