You are right because it is just a fan and if it is sucking extremely hot air going in, well you get it.

But I have to say it does work and that I have gone to meets and my car will be the only one blowing cooling my car down nicely. I didn't know you had this mod...what else are you hiding.

It seems that it works on street ok and temp is lower than stock. However, in track you almost see the same water temps as a stock.

guys you can reduce temps well by adding a secondary radiator for less than $100--temps will never get over 200f( in the southeast at least)

mount down from the back edge of the front bumper support---use the return heater hose to feed

simple. big reductions in temps--notice also i removed the front bucktooth--you dont have too--but i like the look.

so which is best? the summit racing idea or the mazsport? can i still get the mazsport? i tried the links but they are dead.

hey olddragger nice setup, i have been thinking about something like this but mounted the way pettit racing does theirs by cutting a hole in the lower engine shield, what do you think about that placement? i thinking about that area mostly because i have a front mount IC

Mazsport is no longer in business but another vendor sells a unit that looks very much like the Mazsport unit RaceRoots. But I have never used them, I have dealt with Summit and they are great.

Fluidmotorsports used to sell some...
but I do not know if they are still on business

i have one still on my car, it is not in use any more since i have ACCESSPORT, its just there becuase i havent changed the line back out t one piece.

I did work with cooling, noticed cause i have aftermarket temp. gauges in the car. never had any problems with dead battery problems though..

Bringing old thread back from the dead.

I just installes a used control kit on my car I bought from a forum member. My question is whats the life span of the controller that is placed in the collant line? If that sensor goes bad do the Relays still trigger the fans or will the relays not activate at all?

hmm might go with both modding the fans, adding the 2 cooler and mixing water with redline water wetter. lol

Where can i buy this because everytime i go onto mazsport.net or try to find it i seem to never find it at all. please help I've been looking for while now and it sucks because i can't find it.
