This is my personal reflections what's happened to me and my gearbox.
/Lasse I got my car used (with 40,000 miles on it) at around 42k it started to do that scraping when going from 3rd to 4th. And just today (at 47,8xx) the tranny now wines and grinds in every gear except 5th. I'm taking it to the dealer first thing in the morning. I had to stay at my brothers house for the night, for I live far from the dealer (its also near my workplace) and feared driving all the way home like this. |

but nothing last longer in racing than street driven cars ... isnt it ? I know the box itself has its own weakness, Jason explained it couple days ago. but meh, it works fine for me. P.S. : Speed racer? You watch that crap ? there is a movie coming out, u'll be there ? :lol: |
