anyone have the directions?

i got them used a couple of years ago. i am finally replacing an oil cooler and would like to put them in.

i also dont have the hardware, but i am sure i can find something that will work.

but the directions would make it easy!!!

They just slip onto the tabs that hold the shrouds in place....I don't remember even getting any instructions with mine??

we are talking about the oil coolers now? so they go outside the fogs?

that makes a lot of sense!!!

i think the center screen is the one that is the trick..

btw, you fuel stuff under control? i had black goo. ;)

They go behind the fogs...right up against the coolers.

Pull the bumper...the front screen goes over the lower opening...and you use the small screws on the marked squares in the mesh to hold it on.

If I pull my bumper tomorrow I'll take a couple of pictures for you

Got the fuel system done...but it won't crank....I had a mouse under the hood...hope it didn't chew up too much....going to have to trace wires tomorrow and see what's up :(

the hymee screens go right on the coolers, under the rubber "shrouds"

I'll see if i can find my instructions tomorrow

I have an extra engine harness with a few missing pieces from over zealous wreckers as well...I hope it will be easy...maybe the clutch interlock or the tranny switch.

I have the whole day tomorrow with no distractions ( like kids :) ) so I should know by the end of the day :)

I also have a transmission leak?? Seems to be coming from the seam by the drain...might have to swap in the new tranny I have sitting in the garage. Good time to install the BHR clutch and flywheel as welll.....

a photo of that..

you'll see in the first and third photos that it's held in place by the rubber shroud, the shroud just peels off
second photo show how the screen is held in the middle by screws coming up through the tabs, if you dont have screws with your kit just use zip screws from the AC section of any home store

those i do have

Figured it out, and it was the first thing I checked for a change :) ....clutch interlock switch.....wired it closed and it started right up.

Now I just have to look at the tranny leak

nope,

and i did not get the sways or endlinks in. or raise the rear by .5"

the garage had a bad karma weekend.. i am just happy to have gotten the new oil cooler and screens in.. the guy that puts the oil cooler line bolts in is stronger than the oil filter guy.

another thing that did not happen was getting the remote oil cooler in..

got to find an adapter for between the plate and the oil sensor. the sensor is to small for the orifice in the plate.

any hints would be nice.

damn i am needy all of a sudden! :)

round two this weekend..
