HKS Twinpower rebuild?
Recently bought a used Twinpower unit. Turns out it has a "grounding" issue. Not sure if its the harness but I think the issue is with the unit itself. I plugged everything up and grounded the ground wire to the ground on the LIM. When I fired up my 8 it ran horrible and smelled of fuel. I shut it off immediately and uninstalled the Twinpower. I noticed while the car was running the red light on the TP unit wasn't lit. Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a rebuild or should I just junk the unit and get a replacement. The harness looks fine and the wire color coding looks appropriately wired according to the writeup instructions here.
