HELP RS BOV - Lost Adjustment Screw

Lost the adjustment screw, locknut, washer, and "<-- SOFT | HARD -->" die on my Greddy Type-RS BOV. Anybody else experience this and found replacements? :banghead:

M6-1.0 X 25mm screw, washer and wing nut.
