This is the exhaust I have(and that's my car in the clip too).
http://www.smb.net.au/fullexhaustsystems-mazdarx8.htm
I like the sound. It was only up to around 5k or 6k rpm in the clip. It has a new cat too and actually had a quantifiable power gain on the dyno which is also on the site. I don't work for them but they tell me that most of their business comes from the USA. They even have US prices on their site. Heres the you tube- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCI7DDu4aJ0

I mean to make it look like that picture on Bulletproof's site. The exhaust tips were designed to fit nicely into the Fabulous rear bumper design.

I think the OP needs to fix the tanabe exhausts... I clicked on the hyper something and ultra. And it gives me another parts. According to their site they don't even have those any more...

Anyone know why the Magnaflow is so expensive? I got one for my Speed6, it has probably more metal in the whole system and it was less than half the price. I haven't even been able to find any place that offers it at a good discount (lowest was $890 on eBay).

Yes I know rotaries run hot, I have owned my RX-7 since 1981, but I wouldn't think that would affect the price that much for similar materials.

Would imagine it sounds the same as an M/T? Unless you mean the 4 port? But even then, it shouldn't sound any different

as far as droning "loud" goes, is the sp2 unbearable or does it still sound relatively nice?

It will sound pretty good, I have a Agency Power exhaust and as far as drone goes its probably one of if not the loudest and i have no problem with it and i love the sound so i would guess that the SP2 would not be bad.
