Did MazdaParts.com stop carrying Hymee's exhaust? I don't see it on their site anymore.

sport muffler

here's a pdf file of the installation instructions...you'll see that the muffler has two small canisters...where as the first verison muffler had one large can similar to the stock exhaust.

http://www.finishlineperformance.com...rx8exhaust.pdf

you can find it through finishline (Rosenthal Mazda)

Just received a PM back from Hymee;

Mazdaparts.com link is broken for his exhaust because they are out of stock. Hymee is in the process of filling an order for them. Per Hymee, we are supposed to check in with mazdaparts for availibilty.

Hey, it would be nice to have weight and HP increase included with this information or if anybody can add this, than that would be nice.

HP numbers are going to be hard to come by, and then people will just question it anyways. I think there has beensome proof to the claim that the Turbo XS system produces the most HP increase, while the rest are in the same general area of minimal increases. As for weight, that would be great info to add. I'm wondering if this is something that could be obtained by calling each company, because it usually is not something included in the advertisement of the product.

due to the fact that most exhausts give little to no gain, I think the weight is the most important part of info that is missing.

I totally agree, as well as cosmetics. There seems to be two different trains of thought..those interested in show, and those interested in go. For those with "go" on their mind, weight will be essential. For "show" it is all about the tips and the sound. Sound, that would be nice, sound clips......ahhh.

Wow, how is Turbo XS pulling off 13 HP? How much does that exhaust weigh? Anybody have a Turbo XS exhaust and want to confirm they are that good?

Thanks in advance. Defintely looking for a good exhaust.

Personally I think JIC and RB is way to quite. I've gone through alot of exhaust combos and heard many but I still think borla is the best sounding/looking exhaust. Super deep tone, loud enough to be heard and no drone.

Pm Toca, he has the system. I heard it when he had the Turbo XS midpipe on the system as well...way too loud.

If I ever replace my RB exhaust I would consider this one, full titanium canisters and "thin wall construction" should make it very light.
