Decisions, decisions, decisions...

I have been thinking for awhile about some of my next purchases for my car. To date, I have had my 8 for 4 months and only purchased clear corners, a cargo net, and cargo organizer. I can honestly say that I have tried to be very patient. Is it just me or is it very hard keep patient and not just buy to buy?

For example, I am tempted to get the RB sway bars, but am concerned that if I do that then I will be mismatched if I get some MS parts.

I am also interested in possibly an intake or headers, but I know that they don't necessarily make much power. I am trying desperately to hold on until a proven aftermarket turbo comes out.

I love the Japanese MS 4pt Strut tower brace and still want to see if it will fit the US 8s, but I also really like the MS US 2pt brace. Any day now I can pull the trigger on the US version.

the list goes on and on....

dont worry about mixing brands...it's a myth.

RB sways will work fine with anything MS has

Ditto on the above. I have them w/stock dampers and it handles great. I saw benefits when I first installed the rear bar only. The front swaybar makes the car feel quite hooked to the road. The springs are laying on my living room floor awaiting install. On the engine stuff, get a new ECU and cat-back and, if you are able, relpace the cat w/a mid-pipe. So far, the intakes have not proven to be an overall gain according to most members. I use my R.E. for racing(7k rpm or higher). The thing with this car is that the most fun is had by keeping the revs up and hanging on tight in the corners. Passengers who have yet to drive in a sports car are shocked to actually accerlerate through coeners!

Mr. Hill it the nail on the head with that one. Don't worry about mixing brands though. It would be nearly impossible not to on almost every aspect of the car but suspension. If your worried than pick a company that you feel makes a product that fits your application. Tein..RB...MS...Tanabe..JIC. But I think suspension is about the only thing you could do all of with one company on the car.
