here is my 4 month old test pipe from cs. this happened over the weekend.
and all they can offer is a refund if i send it back to them, or i can send it back and they will try to fix it. no replacements in stock and no idea when they will have any. fuck, my, life, should have gone BHR and as soon as i can get an extra 200 bucks on top my refund i will. so my question is, how would you respond? as of now i am just returning it. but i work with people all day and value good customer service. when i was told by Corksport my options were wait until they could even give me an eta on a replacement pipe they would provide, return the item for refund, or send it to them and have them try to fix it i was put off. i personaly thought if they cant give me an imidiate fix they should buy me a compeditors product or replacement part. thoughts? |
get a refund and buy something else. You wont get much better than a full refund. If quality is an issue the best pipes out there are BHR and RB. Or just go to a muffler shop and have it welded back

You should be happy they can't offer a replacement, I would take the refund any day if that happened to me.

What's to question here? They offered a refund or a replacement. Take either.
I hate when people demand the world, because they believe they can. If CS told you to pound salt, that's a different story. Fuck your life? Do you have a roof over your head? Do you barely scrape by from day to day, in order to survive? Do you have a MODIFIED sports car? I'm not trying to troll. Just wanting you to get a perspective of life and reality. Sure, it sucks to have to wait for something you paid for. But, c'mon! Why so demanding? |
