Just read the entire 'header theory' thread plus this thread . Great job in putting a quality product into production Charles ! Must have been a huge effort and now ,looking back, I can understand your frustrations when people aren't entirely supportive of those efforts.

Looks like the ad from several days ago was deleted, but it had a ton of parts listed and I didn’t see it indicated as sold. So I pm’d you the info to ask about it.

The pan on the S2 has to be modified to install the Greddy turbo manifold for the S1 but the Greddy manifold drops down a bit.
Can anyone confirm the speculation with the fitting issue from the oil pan for the S2? Charles, do you have any comments on this?

I am interested in the used LTH as well, but just not sure if it will fit an S2 or not?

Hey Charles!

Thank you so much for giving your two cents! What improvements will those who have the S2 see from the modification? Better clearance I suspect?

Maybe I should rephrase the question : does the new modifications justify, and worth, the extra wait for those who own an S2?

Charles doesn't participate on the forums anymore. If you want to connect with BHR, you'll have to do so directly.

Strolling down Memory Lane and can't help but notice the design change in the initial BHR Long Tube Header and the latest iteration, which is NA for some time now.

Given the lack of discussion and, presumably, sales, it seems the promise of the header has failed to materialize.
Or it could be there simply aren't enough enthusiasts left that are willing to invest the time, effort and $$ needed for a once promising product.

If anyone has had any more feedback I'd be happy to hear it.

Not surprising that they went with something a bit easier to produce given that the gains would almost certainly be identical.

I know some were sold, but there's not been much follow up information.
At one point I was seriously considering getting one but it got to the point that it seemed it would be more work than it was worth.
For me anyway.
If I was 20 years younger I definitely would've bought one.

I have the v2 header design BNIB. Been waiting for the right time to install, etc. Maybe now is that time.

Brett- I'll ask Ariel if he doesn't mind doing the job. Do you think I'll need a retune? I'll probably try and get some shielding made and I'm still very much hoping to get my EWP working as well.

just history repeating itself wrt light coming into the world, but men choosing darkness again …

because mostly nobody here still seems capable of discerning that equal tube length is just as irrelevant as overall tube length on a zero-overlap port timing application.
