How to make it sound like a Lambo

For months if not years I been searching for an exhaust system that would make my RX8 sound like a Lambo. These Lambos have the most wicked, evil and diabolical sounding exhaust of any car on the planet. Is there anything out there that even comes close rather than sounding like a poor man's rice rocket?

Get the sounds of a Lamborghini on cd/mp3 and play it really loud? Otherwise, swap? Probably not going to happen though. Nice try trolololololo

Sure. There's an exhaust that'll sound like you want. It has a Lamborghini engine attached to it.

I believe the sound made by these cars is attributed to the quick-revving short stroke piston engines. I don't know that an exhaust will help you get the sound you want. You could just keep it over 7k RPM at all times.

There is even a testimonial from an rx8 owner!

Quote taken from site: “Instead of paying $500-$700 to improve the exhaust sound with an aftermarket Cat Back why not pay $159 and make your RX-8 sound like a 71’ Hemi Cuda?”

How could you go wrong with this bro?

Saw a video on YouTube where an RX-8 owner put a Lamborghini exhaust on his car, soiled like a Lamborghini too.

Hmmm...

That's going to be probably about the best sound you'll achieve(Opinionated statement) with the Renesis. It is rather sexy though, and reminds me personally of the Rx8's when they were in the ALMS. Hearing those things on track was just such a gorgeous sound, and that reminds me of it.

As far as making it sound like a Lambo?

The answer is no. This is a rotary. Make it sound like the monster IT is.

Not putting down Lambo's, but... We're talking about a rotary engine, compared to, as mentioned, a very short stroke, large bore, high revving, and large-quantity piston engines.

Straight pipe it all the way. Won't sound like a Lambo but...

1: You will NEVER have any problems with other drivers not noticing you in traffic.
2: You WILL get noticed at any racing event.
3: It throws WICKED flames

Not the most responsible reasons, but always the most fun. When they ask what's under the hood, tell 'em it's a 1.3L with two magic triangles

Kickerfox can likely help you swap in a Lambo engine , as long as you can deal with him continuously yapping about how you should have used a V6 Isuzu instead ....

The transmission choices aren't as good with the Lambo engine. I'm sure he has plenty of extra graphs to show you why.

I don't know if kickerfox would approve of that swap as the lambo engine would have more than 200tq

It would also ruin the balance. And yes, truck engines have a more useable torque curve in an 8.

I'll just make it "brap" and it will be sex compared to a lambo...

You must be trolling, but in case you are not... I'm speechless .
