Hello everyone, I got these headers for free in a parts bin purchase (included BHR coils and motor mounts). Since I will be installing the motor mounts; I wanted to ask if installing these would be worth it. I ask this because I can’t find a single part number or company stamp on them. It appears they were ran and welds seem good. However, looking at the connection parts for the flange - they look ok in terms of attention to detail. I am currently running a RB resonated mid pipe and exhaust.
If there's nothing wrong with your stock manifold, I wouldn't upset the applecart. It's pretty well documented that the gains really aren't there, and the odds of introducing some sort of headache seem high. It looks decent quality though, so it's sort of a question of your appetite for wrenching in that part of the engine bay.
Thank you for the feedback. I am going to stick with the stock exhasust manifold. The time to install the headers and gamble on them holding up is not worth it.
