Like said above, the needle doesn't drop at a consistent rate at all... Mine will plummet right after filling up then slow way down. Just pay attention to how much you are getting on the whole tank...

Eh, it could be the battery... Low voltage can make the starter click but not give it enough power to turn over the engine. That would be my first guess... Get someone to come over with some jumper...

The reason behind it is just that the clutch pedal has a weak bracket that has been known to break. Mazda just issued an extended warranty on it not too long ago actually.

I highly doubt it i the way you warm up the car that is the problem. As long as you drive it easy before it gets warmed up you will be fine... A lot of times starting problems come from bad spark...

I wouldn't really say it is really easy or anything, but it can happen when the engine floods. And flooding can be caused by bad plugs... So since they flooded it, they should be responsible for...
