You want a compression test. This tells you how well the combustion chamber is sealing.

The only way motor mounts could cause this issue is if your transmission was also not firmly bolted to the engine... which would be another problem.

~200F is a perfectly acceptable temperature. Hell, seeing peaks of 220F are fine.

Bioenno Power spec the max operating temperature as 60C (140F). This is definitely not for under-hood use.

STFT is basically the %difference between commanded AFR and actual AFR. The ECU uses STFT over time to create LTFT.

Kind of sounds like either your battery can't provide enough current...
