Passenger airbag sensor wiring and passenger seat heater wiring has been removed due to a short. Coolant tank sensor is worn out (disconnected). A/C sucks in FL weather Fan speed knob is broken Driver Sun visor is gone. Center Console Latch broken Remote doesn't work Steering wheel Leather is very chewed and soiled Front tires are pretty much done Battery replaced June 2014, but has gotten tricky about starting again Front undertray is split/busted and drooping Front Lip spoiler (flat black lip piece) is cracked and secured with bungee cord Front of passenger side wheel well liner is ripped (due to undertray damage) Light dents and scuffs on driver-side rear wheel-well (courtesy of my wife) Other than the aforementioned, the car is stock. After my last battery replacement, she started like a champ, but gradually has been getting stubborn again. Other than a low idle (consider the O2 sensor and catalytic convertor status), she has still been pulling pretty strong while driving. I was about to drop some money into fixing all the big stuff (cat+exhaust, O2 sensors, solenoids, front plastic pieces, new coils/springs), but she puttered out during idle just after starting a few days ago, and I decided I'm just ready for a newer vehicle. She still won't start - I'm no stranger to deflooding, and this just sounds different. I did try briefly to deflood (just in case), but didn't like the sound of the starter, so I stopped. So, If you're looking for a parts car or a project/track car, this might be for you. I'm not interested in parting it out myself. I have not checked the engine compression, but as I mentioned she still drove great - just a crappy idle. You'll want to plan on towing it - won't start + no longer registered or insured. No Western Union or other weird stuff like that, obviously. |
