Raleigh Meet?

Will there be 8's meeting at Char Grill on Strickland this coming Saturday (July 9th, 2005)? I just moved to Raleigh on July 1st and I'm hoping these meets are still happening.

Yup, well more like an 8 and some 7s ;) . It would be great if it were some 8s and some 7s though :D .

This weekend we are having a cookout for Eric Jausel, one of our members just returning from a tour of duty in Kuwait. The cookout will be at Falls Lake, Beaverdam Recreation Area on Saturday at 5:00 PM. The food will be free, but it costs $5 to get into the recreation area. Directions: http://ils.unc.edu/parkproject/visit...irections.html

At this time we have the following people committed to the cookout:
1. Eric (FD)
2. Bert (FC)
3. Steve (FC)
4. Bobby (8) (me)
5. Jason (FB)
6. Josh (FD)
7. David (FC owner)

Anyone else? I will add additions here to the list at the 7club.

5. Jason (FB)
6. Josh (FD)
7. David (FC owner)
8. Jesse (FC)

Add me to that list then. Looks relatively easy to find the park.

It was good meeting everyone this weekend. I posted my pictures in the multimedia section.

Was a lot of fun, Hope to see everyone at the ChaGrill get togethers. It was good chance for someone new to the area like me to meet the local rotary owners.
Great pictures in the multimdia section also.

RRDI is over a year old, we have members, we are a car club so we got to have a T-shirt. The RRDI T-Shrit thread has bee posted. Put your order in this Saturday at the usual meeting place the Char Grill on Strickland Road. Order your shirt, wear it proudly to the BOTD in September and Be a Driver!

Here is the new RRDI logo for those that haven't seen the completed version:
