So some additional information about the meet:
The current schedule looks like this:
These activities will run more or less continuously from 11 - 1
• Shop Tour
• Trailer Tour
• Technical Talk and Overview of race car
• Explanation and demonstration of data acquisition and how we use it
These activities will run continuously from 1 – 3
• Q and A with various team personnel
• Photo ops with car
These activities will run continuously from 11 – 3
• Food and drinks
• Display of street Mazda cars (rotary club guest’s cars)
Some of the giveaways include; 2 pairs of Piloti driving shoes, Mazdaspeed shirts, Idemitsu shirt, magnets, a banner, and decals, along with other random items from Mazda, and some Rotary4life.com vinyl. Racers Edge Motorsports will also be giving away random carbon fiber parts for souvenirs (damaged).
The photography coverage of the event will be done by http://www.jdotphotography.com/

I would like to know if anyone would be interested in helping set up there local caravan check points and locations. I will need volunteers by Sunday so please let me know as soon as possible.
I would like to remind everyone that the event is free and food and some of the giveaways area on first come first serve basis (while supplies last). I would encourage everyone to meet up in your local caravan locations and travel as a group (caravan locations TBA) so that you don’t get lost and you can arrive together.
On a side note we were informed about a group collecting toys to donate to Toys for Tots and we thought it would be a good idea to see if we could pitch in. So, if you are interested in donating to this charity please bring unopened toys to the event. Remember this is the holiday season and something as little as a toy can spread happiness through the season for those less fortunate.

I know this is an odd request, but I need some of the wheel well pop rivets. The ones that line the black liner that you need to undo to get to your fender vents or corner marker lights. If anyone could swing by a dealership and pick up a dozen or so for me and bring them to this event, i would repay in cash and GREATLY appreciate it. let me know on here so that only 1 person goes out of his way and i dont end up with hundreds 
(reason is... im an hour from every dealership, driving 2 hours for them is a little nuts, and i have a track day next weekend so i need them quickly)

3 days until the event I hope everyone is as excited as I am. Here are some of the caravan locations:
For UCF people everclay has set up a meet location here:

Leave there at about 9:15 to meet up with the Lowe’s caravan in orange city.
For Orlando people or others that want to meet up there (headed up by skezzer):

Between Mazda North America, Grand-Am/Rolex, Fluid/GTspec, Polak, Racers Edge, Idemitsu... we will have tons of give away stuff. All these companies have come forward big time with great door prizes including lots of shirts, flags, decals, carbon peices from the race cars, mazda books, bags, diecast replicas, and much more. Racers Edge will be providing the food.
To make things better.... the weather tomorrow will be picture perfect. It's going to be a great day and can't wait to see everyone there at 11.

im without 2, but many are weak... a dozen would probably cover me for a year, but im driving 2 hours if i cant get the two i need before the track day

just a thought, but you might try calling Trussville. they should be able to take orders over the phone and express mail them.

The stupid mazda site wasn't searching properly, I put in Deland, FL and it wasnt showing me that theres a dealership in daytona like 15 miles away, Im gonna try and swing by there beforehand.
