Okay....pass the DUH Cap this way....you're right. What was given back to me was the clipboard, with no names filled out. What I failed to realize was that two sheets had already been filled out and were cycled to the back of the pages.

Color me STOOO-PID. sorry guys, I missed it. We DO have 18 people who filled that information out. Driven, I'll get that list to youse when I get to work this morning. Brian...thanks for pointing that out.
